James “I.V.” Williams is the Founder and CEO of Between the Lines Sports, LLC. Which is an independent scouting and consulting firm. Over the years, I.V. has built a robust network of contacts across the world of basketball, allowing him and his associates access to 1st round lottery picks and undrafted gems well before they burst onto the basketball mainstage.
I.V. is a basketball lifer with stops in the NBA (Atlanta Hawks) and NBA G-League (Canton Charge), along with stops in the CBA and overseas to China. His combination of work experience, basketball relationships, and education gives him a unique perspective on the game, which he loves sharing with the world.
